A/E Graphics supports Wisconsin architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and municipalities across the full life of that equipment, from the initial quote through installation, integration, daily supplies, and every service call after. One team owns it all, which makes it easy.

How fast does A/E Graphics respond to a service call?

We answer more than 90% of service calls within 30 minutes. Your service request goes directly into our dispatch system the moment it is submitted. Speed matters most when the work behind the machine cannot wait. A plotter down on a bid day is not an equipment problem; it is a schedule problem. We understand that and built the dispatch process around that reality.

Canon-Certified Technicians Who Only Do Service

Our technicians are Canon-certified on every current model we sell, and each has years of hands-on experience with large format hardware.

Service is all they do, so they are Canon large-format specialists and know these machines better than a copier company generalist ever will.

The result shows up in first-visit fix rates. Our technicians repair equipment correctly the first time, which determines whether your team gets back to work today or next week.

OEM Parts and Supplies, Every Time

A/E Graphics uses only genuine OEM parts, ink, and toner. We do not install aftermarket components or supply remanufactured consumables on any machine, under any service arrangement.

Aftermarket parts and refilled cartridges are the most common cause of avoidable service calls on large format equipment. They void coverage, produce inconsistent color, and clog printheads that then cost more to replace than the savings ever justified.

Using OEM exclusively is a policy, not a preference. It is also why our service intervals stay predictable, and our customers stop budgeting for surprises.

Four Ways to Reach Us, One That Is Fastest

Reach us by phone, email, our online form, or your e-info customer portal. The portal is the fastest and the one we recommend.

Requests submitted through e-info drop straight into our dispatch system with no re-keying. That eliminates transcription errors on model numbers, serial numbers, and site addresses, which are the details that cause a technician to arrive without the right part.

Your e-info account also gives you service and usage history, meter reading submission, supply ordering, and invoice payment in one place. Contact us at 877-314-7047 to activate your login.

Who installs and integrates your new printer?

Our team installs and integrates printers throughout most of Wisconsin. A/E Graphics does not subcontract local installation to third parties.

In most cases, your printer ships to our Brookfield facility first, where we assemble and test it before it ever reaches your site. You do not lose a workday to a crate, a build, and a troubleshooting session in your production area. The machine arrives assembled, tested, and ready to run.

Most orders are installed within two to three business days. Larger or custom configurations run one to two weeks.

Setup, Training, and Ink Efficiency

Our IT Director is also our Canon Certified Integration Specialist, a role he has held for over 20 years. He follows the install team to every site.

He installs current print drivers, configures defaults for your workflow, and trains your operators in language that makes sense to the people actually running the machine.

Configuration matters more than most buyers expect on color inkjet systems. Default settings ship generic, and generic settings burn ink. He sets yours so you don’t overpay for consumables from the first print forward. That single visit routinely saves more than the install itself costs.

What areas does A/E Graphics serve?

A/E Graphics is headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin. We serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Germantown, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, West Allis and the surrounding southeastern Wisconsin market, with installation and service coverage extending across most of Wisconsin.

Why work with A/E Graphics

Canon specialization, not general coverage. A/E Graphics is a Canon Premier Partner Reseller and a top-20 Canon large format dealer in the United States. Providers who carry other manufacturers can quote your equipment. They cannot bring Canon certification, Canon parts access, or a Canon Integration Specialist to your site.

One accountable team. A/E Graphics provides sales, delivery, installation, integration, service, and supplies. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor, which means there is never a question about whose responsibility a problem is.

New means new. When we quote a new machine, you receive a new machine. Not a demo unit, not a refurbished trade-in, not floor stock. We sell used equipment clearly labeled as used, on a separate list.

A Better Plan. Since 1978, that has meant making the equipment side of your business easy so you can get back to the work that makes you money.

Proof

“I thought your service just couldn’t get any better.  Now I don’t say this very often..I was wrong. I’m not sure what category to put you in any more. OK, right next to GOD. Thanks so much for all you do for us. “

FAQ

Can A/E Graphics service my Canon printer if it is still under warranty?

It depends on where the warranty coverage sits. If you purchased the printer from A/E Graphics or hold a service agreement with us, contact us directly, and we will handle it. If your Canon imagePROGRAF unit is under manufacturer warranty and you do not have an A/E Graphics service agreement, Canon requires the call to originate with them for dispatch. Call Canon Customer Support at 1-800-423-2366, 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. Routing it that way gets a technician to you faster than we can by relaying it.

Which Canon models does A/E Graphics service?

All current Canon large format lines, including imagePROGRAF TA, TM, TX, TZ, GP, and PRO series, colorWAVE and plotWAVE production systems, Arizona flatbed printers, and large format scanners.

How long does printer installation take?

We install most orders within two to three business days. Larger or custom configurations run one to two weeks. We assemble and test printers at our Brookfield facility before delivery, so installation at your site is fast and does not disrupt production.

Does A/E Graphics subcontract installation?

No. A/E Graphics staff performs installation, integration, driver configuration, and operator training throughout most of Wisconsin.

Do I need a service agreement, or can I pay per visit?

Both options are available. A/E Graphics offers custom service plans and time-and-materials service for customers who prefer to pay per incident.

When I order a new printer, is it actually new?

Yes. A new machine quote means factory-new equipment, not a demo unit or refurbished trade-in. Used and refurbished equipment is listed separately and identified clearly as used.

How often should a large format printer receive preventive maintenance?

Interval depends on print volume, environment, and model. High-volume production systems need more frequent attention than a low-duty office plotter. A/E Graphics includes scheduled preventive maintenance in custom service plans and sets the interval to your actual usage rather than a generic calendar.

What happens if a part is not in stock?

As a Canon Premier Partner Reseller and top-20 U.S. Canon dealer, A/E Graphics has direct parts access through Canon rather than going through a distributor. Commonly needed parts are stocked locally in Brookfield, so technicians carry what most calls require.
